The Gardener will be responsible for monitoring the property’s appearance, maintaining grounds features, installing new landscaping, and performing regular maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, and other grounds features.
- Install new flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs.
- Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes.
- Maintain trees and shrubs through trimming and pruning.
- Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, and leaf removal.
- Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems.
- Operate vehicles to transport equipment and materials.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Valid Driver’s License
