The Storekeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials, and supporting internal departments with timely stock issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods and materials.
- Accurately update stock records in the ERP system and maintain inventory documentation.
- Enforce First In First Out (FIFO) principles for material issuance.
- Ensure the proper storage and labeling of inventory to maintain quality and traceability.
- Conduct routine stock checks and physical inventory counts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate dispatch of requested items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.

Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Secondary School Certificate (e.g., O-Level, Year 10, or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a storekeeping or warehouse operations role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems and stock management tools.
- Knowledge of warehousing principles and inventory control procedures.
- Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
