Key responsibilities:
The Room Service Order Taker plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing in-room dining calls efficiently and professionally. Key responsibilities include:
- Promptly answering all in-room dining calls with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders, suggesting upsells where appropriate.
- Providing detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and dietary considerations.
- Communicating special requests and allergies clearly to kitchen and service staff.
- Coordinating order timings to ensure timely delivery.
- Handling guest complaints with professionalism and escalating when necessary.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Supporting other Food & Beverage operations during busy periods.

Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
