Qualifications:

  • Min 4 years relevant experience.
  • Relevant college or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level.
  • Competent in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Previous experience in an administrative environment and use of databases if preferred.
  • Command of English language.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Document Officer, you will be responsible for helping us achieve the following:

  • Revenue collection management and archiving of contractual documentation, while tracking all communications with contracted parties, ensuring timely and efficient processing of outgoing and incoming correspondences.
  • Property leasing to ensure timely engagement for renewal and termination of tenancy agreements, preparing lease documentation in accordance with the company’s established policies and procedures.

  • Assist VP to review and check final proposed contracts drafts. To be responsible for setting up confidential contracts and immediate CMCs on behalf of VP-Strategy and COO-HIA.
  • Responsible for following up with the project specialist for all Capex/Opex projects in support of the Line Manager and the department in delivering planned projects within a specified deadline, in terms of documentation, follow-ups, task coordination with related stakeholders, business objectives and develop the business cases accordingly.

  • Periodically train employees within the team on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction, file migrations and audits, and perform administrative task as needed.
