This position ensures shelves are stocked, inventory is well-handled, and customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure shelves are consistently stocked for optimal sales.
- Support departments by preparing and issuing requested stock.
- Assist in packing customer purchases with a high standard of service.
- Report product damage, breakage, or shortages to the supervisor.
- Safely receive, label, and store incoming goods.
- Pick and prepare orders accurately for distribution.
- Participate in inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the shop.
- Collect and organize trolleys, ensuring availability for customers.
- Represent the company with courtesy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Education: High school qualification
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar retail or warehouse role
- Skills:
- Experience with high-density racking and palletized stock
- Ability to handle heavy loads (physically fit)
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
