Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair plant equipment including chillers, AC units, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records.
- Source and manage suppliers, overseeing contractor work on-site.
- Participate in energy conservation programs and training initiatives.
- Respond to emergency situations and assist in fire safety measures.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Electrical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in English communication.
