Reporting to the Director of Engineering or Engineering Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the hotel’s kitchen, laundry, and electro-mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out installation, operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical and gas kitchen equipment, coffee machines, laundry, and associated electro-mechanical plant.
- Attend to maintenance requests promptly following departmental standards.
- Participate in the hotel emergency response team and energy conservation programs.
- Control heat, light, and power equipment as per hotel needs.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and maintain cleanliness at the workplace.
- Report defects and complete maintenance tasks timely, supporting smooth hotel operations.
- Assist other engineering trades and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment maintenance.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under supervision.
- Good communication skills and team player attitude.
