As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will assist with guest requests, manage luggage handling, support operational needs, and share local highlights — all while providing attentive, professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage.
- Support guests throughout their stay and during departure.
- Maintain safety, follow company policies, and uphold quality standards.
- Be active on your feet, handling items up to 50 pounds independently and heavier with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related or supervisory experience required.
- No special licenses or certifications needed.
