The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for delivering exceptional food & beverage service to guests, ensuring that service standards are maintained to the highest level.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting guests with a smile.
- Suggesting and upselling food & beverage products.
- Providing fast, efficient, and accurate service to guests and team members.
- Attending to guests’ requests and queries promptly.
- Maintaining knowledge of the menu to answer guests’ questions.
- Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring accurate communication to the kitchen and bar.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Previous F&B service experience, preferably in a five-star hotel
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale Systems (an asset)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Basic Food Safety Certificate
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
