The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests, adhering to Raffles’ high standards of service, etiquette, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
- Providing personalized guest experiences by knowing and anticipating their preferences.
- Having detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu and beverages.
- Ensuring service stations are well-stocked and clean throughout service.
- Managing smooth opening and closing procedures of the venue.
- Reporting guest feedback and maintaining quality standards including HACCP & FIFO.
- Collaborating closely with management to meet financial and service targets.
