How to Get a Park Entry Card in the UAE

How to Apply for the Park Entry Card
- Visit the Sharjah Municipality Website: Go to portal.shjmun.gov.ae.
- Access Smart Services: Click on the ‘smart services’ section.
- Select Parks and Recreational Areas: Find the category for ‘parks and recreational areas’, then click on ‘request for issuance or renewal of park entry card’.
- Enter the Service: Click on the ‘enter service’ option.
- Complete the Application: Fill out the application form with the required details, such as your name, Emirates ID number, area of residence, and tenancy contract number. Don’t forget to attach the necessary documents.
Required Documents
For Citizens:
- Copy of ID
- Copy of rental contract or electricity bill
For Residents:
- Copy of Emirates ID
- Copy of lease contract or electricity bill
- A ‘to whom it may concern’ document from the workplace may also be required for some residents
For Imams of Mosques:
- Copy of Emirates ID
- Copy of lease contract or electricity bill
- ‘To whom it may concern’ message
For Children of Female Citizens:
- Copy of applicant’s ID
- Copy of mother’s Emirates ID
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of lease contract or electricity bill
Fees
The fee for issuing a park entry card is Dh15.
