The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for each guest.
Key duties include:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public spaces according to established procedures.
- Managing housekeeping carts stocked with necessary supplies and linens.
- Safely and efficiently using cleaning products and equipment.
- Promptly responding to guest requests and reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhering to strict safety and security protocols.
- Performing deep cleaning tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile
- Previous housekeeping or similar experience (preferred).
- Good knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A friendly and professional customer service attitude.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
