The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
- Analyze energy and utilities usage to identify efficiency improvements.
- Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and pipe assemblies.
- Perform routine maintenance of pool and spa facilities.
- Adhere to all company and safety policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and accidents promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient hotel operations.
Requirements:
- EPA Universal Certification in HVAC.
- Valid driver’s license.
- HVAC certification from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
