The Painter will be responsible for applying paint to both interior and exterior surfaces of the hotel using various tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Paint interior and exterior hotel areas with precision and professionalism.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and patching.
- Mix and match paints, enamels, lacquers, and stains for quality finishes.
- Repair defects in drywall, millwork, fixtures, and flooring.
- Maintain an organized inventory of painting materials and supplies.
- Collaborate with the Chief Engineer and maintenance team on renovation projects.
- Uphold health and safety standards and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Secondary or high school education required.
- Trade certificate in painting or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as a painter.
