Key Responsibilities:
- Secure all storerooms at all times and ensure goods are stored in their correct locations.
- Control stock through effective stock rotation and maintain appropriate par stock levels.
- Maintain storerooms and surrounding areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Verify and authorize all requisitions before releasing items to respective departments.
- Report on stock movements and obsolete inventory, providing recommendations to the Cost Controller.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
- Excellent attention to detail with accurate stock recording and distribution.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive stock information with confidentiality.
