About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in organizing and managing documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Your exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining an efficient and streamlined document control system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Responsible for maintaining an efficient document control system to support our operations.
  • Version Control: Help track and manage document versions, ensuring the most recent and accurate copies are available when needed.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining a neat and organized document database, ensuring easy access of documents.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to coordinate document related activities, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Quality Assurance: Help review documents for clarity, completeness, and formatting before distribution.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements related to document control.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative or in a similar role with a focus on document control.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents.
  • Proficiency in using document management software and office productivity tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
