Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts with linens and supplies.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to relevant departments.
- Maintain knowledge of the local area to assist guests with inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and security protocols.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
