Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, generators, pumps, kitchen equipment, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting and activity logging.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required.
- Monitor and ensure safety and cleanliness of mechanical rooms.
- Record and monitor utility consumption and equipment performance.
- Maintain vehicle logs and ensure tools, safety equipment, and spare parts are available.
- Prepare purchase requests and coordinate inventory with storekeepers.
- Fill maintenance logs, checklists, and reports accurately.
- Participate in emergency response activities including fire brigade duties.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations within the hotel’s engineering operations.
- Support energy conservation initiatives and assist with special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility or hotel maintenance covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Strong commitment to employee welfare and professional conduct.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships across departments.
- High standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
