Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and maintain buildings and structures within the resort.
- Perform tasks such as hanging doors, drilling and setting door hardware, installing windows, stair layout, formwork, and reading blueprints.
- Estimate materials accurately using strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ensure quality control, cost control, and adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Physical stamina and precision in workmanship with keen attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Flexible and customer-focused with a commitment to high standards.
