Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily assignments, collect keys, and organize cleaning equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas following the hotel’s Standards of Performance.
- Replenish room supplies and ensure guest belongings are tidily arranged during cleaning.
- Coordinate with Valet Service for guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing needs.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the Engineering Department.
- Provide courteous and attentive service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in compliance with company policies.
Candidate Profile:
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
