Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation services for guests to various destinations as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and operational readiness of assigned vehicles.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and demonstrate exemplary customer service at all times.
- Strictly comply with all applicable traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with hotel personnel to anticipate and respond to guest transportation needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving record.
- Prior experience in professional driving and/or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
