Primary Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and assist with the safe unloading of their belongings.
- Timely delivery of laundry and clothing to guest rooms, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
- Respond promptly to requests from guests, the Front Desk, and other service inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of laundry and dry cleaning areas.
- Accurately complete valet tickets to ensure proper handling of guest items.
- Coordinate necessary repairs and manage the pick-up and delivery of items efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional demeanor and presentation at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of related work experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated strong guest service skills and a flexible approach to working hours.
