Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist guests with requests, such as providing toiletries or directions within the hotel.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding room status and any issues encountered.
- Monitor and manage supply levels to minimize waste.
- Participate in deep cleaning projects as needed and help reunite guests with lost items.
Qualifications:
- This is a physically demanding role requiring stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of the day.
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms) and manage heavy objects.
- Basic literacy skills for reading, writing, and performing simple math.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
