Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms while providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Ensure prompt and careful delivery of luggage and other guest items.
- Assist with transportation arrangements such as taxis or shuttle services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and luggage areas.
- Communicate effectively with front desk staff about guest needs and special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and courteous manner.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of local area and transportation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of safety and security procedures.
