Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Greet and seat customers, serving food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist and advise guests effectively.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages served.
- Address customer queries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.
- Prepare for service by organizing and setting up service equipment.

Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant is essential.
- Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal skills.
