Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve assignment sheets and note guest requests from the Housekeeping Office.
- Ensure proper stocking of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and linens.
- Supervise the service area at the end of the shift, ensuring all equipment is stored safely.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms, replacing linens and reporting maintenance issues.
- Provide professional and friendly service to all guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for service.
- Good communication skills in English and a physically active demeanor.
