This pivotal role is responsible for supervising electrical maintenance operations across airport facilities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor electrical maintenance activities carried out by contractors to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct quality assurance audits and inspections on electrical assets using the facilities asset management system.
- Lead and manage a team of electrical supervisors, including both in-house staff and contractors.
- Raise requisitions for spares and services through ORACLE within the approved budget.
- Support the development of technical scopes and specifications for electrical engineering projects.
- Inspect completed external vendor work to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Coordinate safe and efficient electrical work methods with contractors and the Permit to Work team.
- Monitor spare parts usage and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Keep technical information up to date and monitor asset performance regularly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma, vocational qualification, diploma with minimum 4 years relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience in airports, large commercial facilities, or five-star hotels.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical operations, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and interpreting engineering drawings and standards.
- Proven ability to plan, manage, train, and supervise diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
