As part of the Engineering & Facilities team, this role is crucial for maintaining and repairing properties, ensuring that every moment matters for guests.
The ideal candidate will have experience in masonry work, including stone, block, and brick work, as well as tile installation and plastering.

Key Responsibilities
- Work from drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions to obtain dimensions and finish specifications.
- Determine the method and sequence of work operations, quality, and size of materials needed.
- Perform proficiently in stone work, masonry, block work, bricks, and true profile.
- Mix and apply sand/cement for rendering, plastering, or screeding to achieve a true and even surface.
- Cut and fix wall and floor tiles, and bed precast pavings or kerbs.
- Lay out jobs, determine angular and linear dimensions, and perform maintenance and repair functions.
- Assist in metal work and plumbing trades by carrying and holding materials and tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using masonry tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and saws.
- Knowledge of different types of materials used in masonry work.
- Experience with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements and alignments.
- Physical stamina and strength for physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Age: 25 to 40 years.
