Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests at the main entrance in line with company standards.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide timely pick-up and delivery of baggage.
- Manage the driveway and assist guests with car and taxi door operations upon arrival and departure.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and baggage areas.
- Provide guests with information and assistance as needed, remembering repeat guests for personalized service.
- Accurately log all job assignments and use duty logs to document important matters.
Qualifications:
- Secondary or high school education.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Russian language skills are a plus.
