This full-time position offers the chance to work in a dynamic luxury hotel environment, maintaining and repairing HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal guest comfort and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct daily mechanical plant inspections and monitor property temperature.
- Analyze energy and utilities usage to optimize efficiency.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
- Install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and piping assemblies.
- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
- Adhere to safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
- Provide courteous guest interaction aligned with Marriott standards.
- Assist with lifting and moving heavy equipment safely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- HVAC Certification and EPA Universal Certification required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
