About the Role
The successful candidates will:
- Warmly greet guests and provide polished, personalized service in beach/poolside settings.
- Take precise orders through the POS system, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, suggesting pairings that enhance the guest experience.
- Upsell premium dishes, beverages, or seasonal items.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and respond promptly to any issues
