The airline confirmed that the existing “Worker Fare,” which offers reduced rates for employees traveling to Saudi Arabia and Malaysia, will continue.

Additionally, the airline has expanded this fare to include new routes to the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar. This expansion is designed to benefit even more workers seeking opportunities abroad.

According to the airline’s press release, the special discounted fares, known as “Worker Fare” tickets, will be available exclusively for one-way travel.

This targeted approach aims to ease the financial burden on workers who often face high costs when relocating or traveling for employment.

Bangladesh Airlines emphasized its dedication to ensuring that travel for remittance workers remains affordable, seamless, and secure.

The airline’s management stated, “We are committed to facilitating the journeys of our remittance warriors, both now and in the future, acknowledging their significant role in our nation’s development.”

The special fare initiative is set to remain in effect until December 31, 2025, providing ample opportunity for workers planning their travels.
