Marke noted that airlines, airports, and charter companies are ramping up recruitment efforts for pilots, cabin crew, and specialized ground personnel.
This demand comes as Dubai’s aviation landscape expands, particularly with the development of Al Maktoum International Airport, set to be the largest airport upon completion.
With record traffic reported at Dubai International Airport, reaching 92.3 million passengers in 2024, the aviation sector is experiencing unprecedented growth.
The ongoing expansions and flexible visa policies are expected to further solidify the UAE’s position as a key global aviation hub.
