Job Responsibilities:
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
- Input customer orders into the POS system and collect payments.
- Prepare a variety of food and coffee beverages to the highest standards.
- Ensure appliances are properly turned on and off.
- Bus coffee cart areas and tables, and clean dishes, utensils, and work areas.
- Maintain inventory levels and obtain necessary change for operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and addressing guest needs.
- Collaborate with the team to reach common goals and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience necessary.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and perform light lifting.
