Responsibilities:
- Performing building maintenance according to the planned maintenance process.
- Completing work orders and preventative maintenance as scheduled.
- Acting upon building, grounds, and maintenance inspections.
- Serving as a contact point with external service providers.
- Implementing Facility department routines and procedures.
- Contributing to a safe work environment by following risk guidelines.
- Fostering a service-oriented approach with all departments.
- Contributing to an environment where the IKEA culture embraces diversity.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in building maintenance.
- Knowledge of fire and security systems.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Personal leadership skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
