Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and service areas according to prescribed standards.
- Provide turndown service and report any maintenance issues to the shift supervisor.
- Anticipate and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations.
- Conduct linen inventory and participate in daily briefings and training.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support sales initiatives by being knowledgeable about hotel services.
Qualifications:
- Experience in housekeeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
