Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure all areas are stocked and organized.
- Uphold safety standards and follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ensure professional personal appearance and communication at all times.
Qualifications:
- Dedication to delivering outstanding service and maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active during extended shifts.
- Experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
