Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily lost and found operations.
- Prepare and distribute daily work allocations to housekeeping supervisors and attendants.
- Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.
- Maintain grooming standards and monitor team presentation.
- Update room statuses and housekeeping notice boards regularly.
- Handle master keys securely and conduct inventories.
- Log and follow up on guest requests and departmental queries.
- Adhere to Swissôtel’s policies on fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety.
- Engage with guests by using their names and actively seeking feedback to maintain high service standards.
