Dubai Parking Fee Update: Revised Tariffs for Al Karama, Al Qusais, and Al Kifaf
Dubai’s largest public parking operator, Parkin, has introduced revised parking tariffs affecting Zones W and WP, including areas in Al Karama, Al Qusais, and Al Kifaf.
The new rates, effective immediately, were announced via Parkin’s official social media accounts.

In Al Kifaf (Zone WP), the updated parking fees are set at AED 6 per hour during peak hours (8 AM to 10 AM and 4 PM to 8 PM) and AED 4 per hour during off-peak hours.
This zone is designated as a premium parking area, catering to high-demand locations near public transport stations.
For standard zones like Al Karama and Al Qusais First (Zone W), the cost remains AED 4 per hour throughout the day, with no variations during peak hours.
Dubai has also implemented a variable parking tariff system aimed at managing congestion more effectively.
This system adjusts parking costs based on the time of day, differentiating between peak and off-peak hours. Paid parking operates from 8 AM to 10 PM, with free parking available on Sundays and public holidays.
These changes reflect Dubai’s ongoing efforts to optimize urban mobility and enhance the parking experience for residents and visitors alike.
