Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest repair requests and communicate effectively to resolve maintenance issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment.
- Conduct visual inspections and troubleshoot various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Manage maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: Some general maintenance experience preferred; hotel engineering experience is a plus.
- License: Valid driver’s license required.
