Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of mechanical systems.
- Monitor and control property temperature and energy usage.
- Perform routine maintenance on pool and spa systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and report any hazards.
Qualifications
- Technical or vocational school degree.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- Required certifications: EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification.
