Your role will involve alterations, repairs, garment creation, and fittings to ensure each item is tailored to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized tailoring services with a high level of guest care.
- Alter, sew, repair, and assemble garments to meet customer specifications.
- Draw or modify garment patterns and cut fabrics accordingly.
- Conduct fittings and mark alterations as needed.
- Sew buttons, buttonholes, and finish garments for delivery.
- Press garments and prepare them for customer pickup.
- Maintain sewing equipment and a clean work environment.
- Ensure stock levels of tailoring materials and liaise with the Customer Service Manager for replenishment.
- Support additional departmental duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications:
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficiency in English
- No prior experience required for entry-level applicants
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic product and PC knowledge
- Friendly, approachable demeanor
