Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including expertly crafted cocktails, specialty coffees, teas, and non-alcoholic drinks with flair and consistency.
- Recommend drinks based on guest preferences while promoting signature beverages and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of bar and café equipment.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards to ensure quality.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of beverage menus, brewing techniques, and industry trends.
- Provide warm, professional guest interactions to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory control, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or barista in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or premium café/bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and bar mixology techniques.
- Bartending or barista certification is a plus.
- Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for beverages.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
