Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge of the menu with the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient, and friendly service in line with Standard Operational Procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Provide flexible service across different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage division or other hotel departments as assigned.
- Uphold Rixos standards of performance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience in a 4-5 star hotel are welcome to apply.
- Adherence to food and beverage operational standards and policies.
