Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repair and maintenance work in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house related to plumbing installations and fixtures.
- Carry out plumbing and sanitary work, including inspection, repair, and maintenance.
- Execute gas welding on copper pipes and electric arc welding for metallic pipelines as needed.
- Maintain and repair water treatment systems, water pumps, and other plumbing-related equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls regarding leaks.
- Conduct regular inspections of public area washrooms and maintain fixtures.
- Clean grease traps as required and ensure the upkeep of plumbing tools.

Required Skills:
- Experience as an industrial pipe fitter with skills in gas, arc, and TIG welding.
- Strong knowledge of various pipe types (PPR, HDPE, PVC, and copper).
- Basic skills in masonry, painting, and carpentry.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on plumbing and electrical components.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Open to candidates of any nationality.
