Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and maintenance work in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house related to plumbing installations and fixtures.
• Carry out plumbing and sanitary work, including inspection, repair, and maintenance.
• Execute gas welding on copper pipes and electric arc welding for metallic pipelines as needed.
• Maintain and repair water treatment systems, water pumps, and other plumbing-related equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls regarding leaks.
• Conduct regular inspections of public area washrooms and maintain fixtures.
• Clean grease traps as required and ensure the upkeep of plumbing tools.

Required Skills:

• Experience as an industrial pipe fitter with skills in gas, arc, and TIG welding.
• Strong knowledge of various pipe types (PPR, HDPE, PVC, and copper).
• Basic skills in masonry, painting, and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on plumbing and electrical components.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
