Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests approaching the restaurant with the highest standards of service.
- Efficiently handle, serve guests, and provide a courteous manner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our menu and be able to recommend food & beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
- Act as a salesperson by promoting hotel promotions, especially in Food & Beverage.
- Assist other team members to achieve excellence and maintain cleanliness across the cluster.
- Perform cashier duties as assigned.
- Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable tasks within job capability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
- Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build good relations with guests.
