The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, maintaining complete knowledge of F&B services, preparing daily forms, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, hotel services/features, and hours of operation.
- Prepare daily cashiering forms and operational forms.
- Count and handle cash effectively, efficiently, with integrity, and follow established accounting procedures.
- Have complete knowledge of menus and up-to-date information about specialties and menus.
- Check with the culinary team for non-availability items.
- Answer phone calls promptly and efficiently, using the correct greeting.
Requirements:
- Previous experience is a must.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to resolve situations involving guest challenges.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet usage.
