As a Carpenter at Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection, you will be responsible for performing high-quality carpentry work, including installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality carpentry work, including installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures
- Design and build custom pieces tailored to the hotel’s unique spaces
- Conduct regular inspections to identify wear and tear, and fix doors, windows, furniture, and more
- Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring woodwork and fixtures are beautiful, safe, functional, and in pristine condition
Requirements:
- Proven carpentry experience, ideally in a hotel or commercial setting
- Skilled in using carpentry tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and follow safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry training or apprenticeship preferred
