Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve guests with friendliness and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively between front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH)
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly to enhance guest experience
  • Minimize food wastage, spillage, and breakage
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • Follow cash handling procedures and adhere to hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP, ISO)
  • Escalate customer complaints to senior management for prompt resolution
  • Train and guide runners on service standards and hygiene
  • Use MICROS system for order management
  • Know menu items, ingredients, and customer food intolerances

Job Requirements:

  • Higher secondary education or equivalent vocational qualification from a 4/5 star hotel or fine dining environment
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in hospitality or fine dining
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence
  • Knowledge of MICROS system and HACCP, ISO standards
