Job Purpose:

  • Ensure that the quality, style and concept of the QDF Food and Beverage product, is correctly delivered across all HIA locations.
  • Overall Responsibility for all Food and Beverage Operations and FOH staff over a period of their shifts.

  • Ensuring unit merchandising is consistent with our brand guidelines, no unit should be under merchandised or in an “out of stock” situation at any time.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed in all locations/units.
  • Oversight of all Front of House operations and staffing up at “pinch points” and busy locations.
